2-Day Training Camp Featuring Reece Humphrey and Jim Humphrey June 19-20
Training camps are designed to teach and improve other facets required by champion wrestlers. The Kaizen Camp will be focused on discipline, work ethic, and perseverance. This is the perfect opportunity for wrestlers competing in summer competition (Disney Duals, Freestyle Duals/National Championships) to work on strategy, discipline, and their work ethic before they compete.
Saturday Session Times: 9:00-10:30am, 11:30am-1:00pm, 1:30-3:00pm
Sunday Session Times: 9:00-10:30am, 11:30am-1:00pm
